Netherlands DLO!

 

We were learning about different countries around the world. We started this in term 4 week 1.  We got a package  and none of us knew what it was. When we opened it we saw lots of pieces of paper.

These pieces of paper were messages from countries from all around the world.

We did it in buddies and I did it with my friend Jayda.  We got the Netherlands.

I found it easy to link all of our pictures to recipes and other things like ( more pictures or the picture.) 

I found it easy to insert the pictures of the thing that we were talking about.

I found it hard to find out the way how to insert the audio onto the slide. I found it hard because I didn't know how to insert the audio onto the slide. But after that my friend Ella showed me how to insert the audio onto my slide. Then I did it.  

I really enjoyed using the audio and linking the pictures and things to more pichers and the recipes.

I really enjoyed finding all the pictures of the netherlands.

I really enjoyed doing it with my friend Jayda.

Next time I need to not do as much linking and I need to and add more writing to explain more about the thing we are talking about.   

I was being a COLLABORATOR by collaborating and doing my fair share.  I needed to seek and accept feedback from my team (Jayda).     

                                                                                                                                     

A Frogs Life Cycle

 

We were learning how to write an explanation writing. A explanation writing is when you pick something to explain to the person who is reading can understand what you are talking about for example...

I am explaining how a frogs life cycle is put together. first you explain the first step and then go on to your second step and then you carry on from that.

I found it easy to make the drawing from scratch because i found out a way how to make it more easy. What I did was I found a picture of a frog (or froglet, tadpole not the eggs because I drew them by myself with no pictures) then I traced around it. 

I enjoyed making my drawing on google drawings and finding a picture of what I was looking for I enjoyed making my google drawings because I liked to trace the curve over the picture. 

I found it hard to draw the pictures from scratch but then I found out a way how to make it easier for me. what I did was I found a picture of what I was drawing and then I traced around the picture.

Next time I need to  make my pictures more realistic and do more writing about the frogs life cycle of whatever I am talking about next time.

I was being a RESEARCHER by... organising my data and gathering information. 

My powtoons

 

We were learning to do a powtoon and make it about our favorite book.

I found it hard to do things about Matilda because there was not a lot of things that would describe Matilda.

I enjoyed doing the background on my powtoon.

Next time I need to add more characters.    

HOW TO PLAY ROB THE NEST!!!

 

We were learning to write how to play rob the nest I chose that because I didn't want to do the other ones the others were how to get from our class to the big side and how to care for a cat or a dog.

I found it hard to find pictures of rob the nest but then I did hula hoops and things like that so sort of what you need.

I enjoyed picking all the pitchers for my what you need.

Next time I need to be more specific with my pictures.     

THE BFG!!!

 

We were learning to do something we new about the BFG, we were describing the BFG.

I found it easy to find pictures of the BFG and to draw him in my book.

I found it challenging to write my all my words on my chromebook because I got tired of writing all my things down it took for AGES!!!!!!!  

Next time I need to write more descriptive words about the BFG.

    

Fridge Comment!

We were learning to make a fridge blog comment. First we wrote our name and what school we go to.

Then we chose someone's blog post to comment on and then wrote what was good about it and on the freezer we had to write a question.

I found it easy to do the fridge.

I found it challenging to do all the words.

Next time I need to get better at dragging the words and try harder!  

 

Cats and Kittens!

 

We were learning to do a report you could chose if you wanted to write a report about tik tok, fortnight or a animal report and I chose a animal because I love animals and I chose a cat (and a kitten).

I found it hard to write it all down it was a lot to write down.

I found it easy to chose the background for it!

Next time I need to write it on my slides faster.       

My Blog Tour!

 

This is my blog tour i am showing you my blog.

My chinese dragon.

We were learning to draw a chinese dragon. We had to do it symmetrical (symmetrical means it has to be the same on both sides) and when we did the paint we wet our paint brushes and stirred it until it was bubbly. I really enjoyed painting the lips and I also think that I can draw my dragon better next time. I found it hard to paint inside the lines. 

My Speech

We were learning to put our speech on our blog it was fun and we put pictures on that was cool.
I really enjoyed doing it because it was fun because I liked doing screencastify.
I found it hard to get all moving photos on there it was a bit hard but I got it.
I hoped you liked my speech and the photos!
Next time I need to find better pictures and say my speech better.

Extinct animal

We were learning how to make a collage charter and it was fun. 

My extinct animal is a moa I tried to make thing as the picture in the corner.  

My Avatar.

 We were learning to do a digital me using polyline. We did curve and we traced our self and then we coloured  it and that's how we did it. I really enjoyed learning a new thing that was very fun. Next time I need to try to do more of my avatar and improving the work on my polyline skills by that I want to do my tracing better.

INFERENCING

We were learning to think and answer or questions with no pictures and some with pictures.
I found it easy to do the background the background was also fun!
I found it hard to think of the things straight away but I advechly got it.
I really enjoyed doing it because it was really fun.
Next time I need to be more focus on my learning. 

2020 T shirt

This is my T shirt its all about me.  We did this on the first week of school we did our favorite subject,
vegetable, fruit, name, age, year, place and things like that. What I found challenging was doing my person.  I found it hard to draw the face. Next time I hope I am able to draw a portrait of a person better.
